Dr. Raj Patel brings a calm, confident presence and a strong clinical foundation to his role as co-owner of Serenity Smiles in Miramar Beach, FL. Known for his kind demeanor and patient-first approach, Dr. Patel is passionate about building lasting relationships and providing personalized care to every individual and family who walks through the door.
A proud Florida native, Dr. Patel grew up in Panama City Beach and graduated from J.R. Arnold High School. He went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Biology (with a minor in Business Administration) from the University of Florida—Go Gators!—and received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from LECOM School of Dental Medicine in Bradenton, Florida.
After practicing in Jacksonville, he and Dr. Yassar Patel relocated to Destin to be closer to family and serve the community through comprehensive, compassionate dental care.

When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Patel enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. He’s a lifelong sports fan—especially of all things Boston—and loves playing basketball and tennis. He also enjoys movies, game nights, and hanging out with his two Bengal cats, Major and Siren.
